Nvidia's fresh $3.5 investment into MediaTek cements the multi-generation partnership of the two companies that plan to further co-develop advanced technologies across AI infrastructure, local AI computing, and automotive platforms. For the upcoming desktop and laptop Spark chips, Nvidia will provide the high-performance graphics and AI compute architectures, while MediaTek will handle the ultra-efficient SoC integration.
