Definitely not another delay, I think that is for a second round. I pre ordered mine months ago and I just got the shipping notification from Amazon. It will be here tomorrow

The 8BitDo Ultimate 3E Controller for Xbox now has a September shipping date on the manufacturer's website. Originally scheduled for release on August 31, the controller is also listed as "temporarily out of stock" on Amazon.
