What a weird article. Ofc phone OS updates don't include browser updates. All phones ship with app updates enabled by default.

Sounds like they're coming from a malware you downloaded yourself rather than those things that people use that term as a buzzword.

Can't stand Samsung phones, every week a useless pop up screen asking you to download another useless update. The phone is so full of their bloatware that it needs to force all these updates on to you.
