Xiaomi has launched the Smart Camera Video Call Version 2 on Youpin, with crowdfunding opening on August 26 at ¥429, roughly $60. The camera adds a 3.97-inch laminated screen at 480 by 800, an 8MP sensor recording at 4K, a 360 degree horizontal pan and tilt head with 0 to 30 degrees of manual tilt.
