Sales drops over time is not the same as actual price drops. Unless psn has regular sales... which we know they won't, games will stay full price. The ps3/ps vita stores were testament to that, although indies on ps vita went on sale quit a bit, not first party titles.

You'd thought they could cover the physical publishing cost as a major publisher but turns out they too cheapened out as possible as they can compared to other smaller publishers that made "backward compatible" Switch 2 game card (Switch 1 and Switch 2 upgrade pack in one game card rather than Switch 2 standalone executable)
