The story stated: "Tesla moved a record number of vehicles the previous quarter but had such a large capital expenditure program and offered so many incentives, down to a 0% APR program, that its revenue and earnings took a giant hit." Actually, revenue was $28+ billion, a leap of 26% above the previous year. And revenue for the most recent 4 quarters exceeded $100 billion for the first time in Tesla's history. A major milestone. In a federal EV tax credit program restoration of sorts, Model 3 and Model Y can now be had for much less in California. The state wanted to exclude Tesla from the state incentives at first, but has now approved the automaker's application.
