Highest LPCAMM2 memory density I could find on a quick search is 64 GB. For SO-DIMM it's 64 GB per stick, so typically 128 GB on a dual-channel device that supports 128 GB RAM.
And when it comes to being able to fit an AI LLM model [that requires 128 GB], then -- let's say it's a laptop and not attaching external GPU shenanigans -- 128 GB of 5600 MT/s SO-DIMM is infinitely better than 64 GB of 8533 MT/s LPCAMM2.
