Would be sad to see it go but in all honesty, I have beem paying for premium and playing games I bought anyway. There  were probably a handful of games I played the last few years.
Is 30 million actually bad in contrast to the number of consoles sold (i dont really see PC exclusive players subscribing).

Aside from the economic situation of most of their market, why dont they ever do some introspection on the other things they've done to cause rift. The demographics havent changed much but Microsoft was hyper-focused on pandering to a small cabal of proffessional malcontents who self-proclaimed their advocacy of certain groups, unasked amd who arent that interested. Added to this is the loyalists who stayed with the brand all these years- decades even, for Microsoft to apply their corporstized helicopter parenting NOBODY actually asked for outside their own political bubble.
If 18-34 is 56% of the userbase. 35-54 is 38% so we dont need their misplaced nannying or "protection". We dont need passive agressive lectures on boobies or what a woman is supposed to look like
