From what I've seen, a well-paid social agency does much more than adjust bidding strategies. Creative testing is often one of the biggest factors in improving campaign performance, especially when your results have plateaued. Agencies typically analyse audience segments, refresh ad copy and visuals, test new formats, and review landing pages alongside campaign settings. That combination usually produces better insights than changing bids alone. If your business targets software customers, it's worth looking into ppc for saas services, as they often focus on balancing creative optimisation with data-driven campaign management to improve both lead quality and return on ad spend.

We've been running our own Facebook/Instagram ads for a while, but our performance has plateaued. I'm looking at hiring Aimers for their Paid Social services, but I'm hesitant. Is a "Paid Social Agency" just going to mess with my bidding settings, or do they actually help with the ad creative, which is where I think my real problem lies?
