Following Apple's major price increase, the MacBook Neo now costs at least $699. Just one day after the price increase, the Apple Store is offering the MacBook Neo as a refurbished model for the first time, but the discount barely offsets the price increase; the budget MacBook is still available at a lower price on the open market.
