From their page it is unclear at what Gbps the "4K at 120 Hz" are based on. For full HDMI 2.1a support: 4K,120Hz,4:4:4,10-bit, 40 Gbps are required. 4K at 120 Hz could also mean 4:2:2 or 4:2:0 chroma subsampling and only 8-bit. They don't state 40 Gbps, so I would not expect that.
In a search engine type 'hdmi bandwidth calc' and see that 4K, 120 Hz are possbile if the other settings are set to 4:2:0 and 8-bit and only 17.82 Gbps are required for that. Fine text wouldn't looks nice due to 4:2:0 and HDR would not be possible due to 8-bit.
So, if you want to attach an OLED TV as your monitor to your MacBook Air and enjoy HDR content at some point, this might not be possible. What you'd need is a HDMI 2.1a<->USB-C 40 Gbps cable that costs approx. 30 bucks.
This docking station is like 10 times the price vs a 40 Gbps cable and it is still unclear whether this station supports 40 Gbps (I doubt it) for full HDMI 2.1 (aka HDMI 2.1a) features, like HDR and 4:4:4.
The new Baseus Spacemate RD1 Pro tower handles fast SSD speeds and 100 W charging with ease. However, occasional display bugs and Mac mirroring limits, alongside some minor thermal throttling issues keep it from being a perfect workspace companion.
