Web and real usage performance results are very low for this SoC: 1.5x-2x lower than any other device.

I have both X9U and Samsung S25. And S25 feel more responsive in browser and everyday apps than Oppo. Slightly, bit still visible for an experienced user of flagship devices.

Looking to frequenci3s, X9U is keeping SoC on about 1/2 of max frequency, when S25 allows SoC to reach max frequency. Yes, not for too long, but still enough to demonstrate much better performance.

It is quite disappointing, that I bought 2026 flagship devices, but its performance, except games, is comparable to my previous Samsung S24 Ultra.

Dear all,

I have several comments regarding this review of the Oppo Find X9 Ultra.

In dual video mode, meaning recording with the front and rear cameras at the same time, the phone does not allow the use of the ultra-wide lens. Only 1x, 3x and 10x are available, and this cannot be bypassed with other software.

It also does not allow dual video to be saved as separate video tracks. In dual video mode, there is a lot of noise in the image. When dual recording is set to 16:9 format, it actually records in 4:3, and moving the selfie window from right to left only works up to the middle of the screen.

In other words, the implementation of dual video is unbelievably poor. :-(

Also, when the phone gets very hot, it creates darker areas in the image when taking photos. This is visible when viewing the photos on a large 4K TV.

I returned the phone. :-(

Oppo is once again aiming to claim the title of "best camera smartphone" with its 2026 flagship phone. To this end, the Find X9 Ultra features not one but two 200 MP lenses. Find out in our review whether the Hasselblad cameras deliver and whether its predecessor is still the "better" smartphone.
