Dear all,

I have several comments regarding this review of the Oppo Find X9 Ultra.

In dual video mode, meaning recording with the front and rear cameras at the same time, the phone does not allow the use of the ultra-wide lens. Only 1x, 3x and 10x are available, and this cannot be bypassed with other software.

It also does not allow dual video to be saved as separate video tracks. In dual video mode, there is a lot of noise in the image. When dual recording is set to 16:9 format, it actually records in 4:3, and moving the selfie window from right to left only works up to the middle of the screen.

In other words, the implementation of dual video is unbelievably poor. :-(

Also, when the phone gets very hot, it creates darker areas in the image when taking photos. This is visible when viewing the photos on a large 4K TV.

I returned the phone. :-(

Oppo is once again aiming to claim the title of "best camera smartphone" with its 2026 flagship phone. To this end, the Find X9 Ultra features not one but two 200 MP lenses. Find out in our review whether the Hasselblad cameras deliver and whether its predecessor is still the "better" smartphone.
