If you can afford it some of the upcoming Oppo Find 10X models will be less than your desired models. Additional there are new models from other brands too that are less than 6.5 inches for sale online.

Every tablet-sized phone (say, bigger than 6.5") is a hard pass for me. This means that for most of your phone reviews I just scroll to the specs table and then give up reading (not that there's anything wrong with them, on the contrary).
