Insta360 has just "shot themselves in the foot."  On May 6, 2026, Insta360 announced the price of the Luna Ultra would sell for $599 U.S. dollars.  Since then, with all the hype this camera's been receiving, Insta360 has gone rouge and is now going to price-gouge buyers with their new pricing.  As of today, May 14, 2026, Insta360 shows their pricing will now be between $780 and $950.

Seems DJI is now looking better.

Here comes the latest leaks on the Insta360 Luna Ultra price and specs. Featuring a dual-cam array with a 1-inch main sensor and a detachable OLED touchscreen, the Luna Ultra aims to rival the newly announced DJI Osmo Pocket 4P (which is launching May 14) and pocket cameras from Sony and Canon.
