Qualcomm hat den Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 und den Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 vorgestellt – neue 4-nm-Chipsätze für Smartphones der Einstiegs- und Mittelklasse. Der Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 bringt Wi-Fi 7 und Bluetooth 6.0 mit, setzt überraschenderweise aber nur noch auf USB 2.0. Der Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 wiederum liefert 77 Prozent mehr GPU-Leistung und 4K-Videoaufnahmen für das Einstiegssegment, verliert dafür jedoch die Unterstützung für LPDDR5.
