You're mixing the Integrated Processor with the Noise Cancelling processor.

The Noise Cancelling processor in WH-XM6 is QN3, and in the buds it's QN3e, with the V2 Integrated Processor (the MT2833 SoC)

The WH-1000XX will use the V3 Integrated Processor (the MT2855 SoC, as leaked previously by The Walkman Blog).
