Das größte Unternehmen für Haussicherheit in den Vereinigten Staaten, ADT, hat bestätigt, dass es am 20. April zu einer Datenpanne gekommen ist. Dabei wurden personenbezogene Daten von Kunden kompromittiert. Eine Hackergruppe namens ShinyHunters hat die Verantwortung übernommen und eine Lösegeldforderung gestellt.
