Tesla has been implementing these fast charging technologies in its latest models, but not with such speed. It's clear that China is ahead of the US in these technologies, where Tesla competes alone against the strong Chinese competition, which I'm not saying is bad; quite the contrary, I hope it motivates Tesla to step up its game and lower the prices of its products.

The more competition, the better for the end consumer.

Those are insane numbers compared to what we have here on the roads right now. An LFP battery with a 10C charging - that is monumental. LFPs have always had slower charging due to chemistry limitations.
This is definitely something to look for in the future.

Through fine-tuning thermals and decreasing internal resistance, CATL has managed to introduce 10C battery charging technology across its new portfolio of LFP and nickel-based batteries. The new packs are also lighter and take under ten minutes to charge even at Arctic temps.
