Sony may be plotting a significantly earlier release for its next flagship smartphone than expected. Based on a new regulatory body filing, the Xperia 1 VIII could arrive a month sooner than the Xperia 1 VII while retaining a 3.5 mm jack. A full redesign is rumoured, too.
