Citizen stellt die Unterstützung für ausgewählte Bluetooth-Smartwatch-Apps zum 31. Dezember 2027 ein. Betroffene Modelle mit den Kalibern W770, W410 und W510 verlieren dann ihre App-Funktionen. Die grundlegenden Zeitmessfunktionen bleiben jedoch auch nach 2028 erhalten.
