Kinda is yeh. Although I'm somewhat glad phones and tablets have pushed displays so much. If laptop OEMs had it their way, we would still be on 60 Hz TN 720P, the major push for display advancement and bringing prices down for it arguably came for this very mobile sector.

Also, this is a Chinese gaming tablet they have to differentiate themselves somehow and traditionally that's been through overspec'ing so...

Having higher Hz increases pwm Freq. and enables higher touch sampling rate / reduces the latency too.

200hz?? absolutely useless on a tablet. these companies should stop with this BS.
but yeah, buy, buy, buy, because no other ideas to make someone a the new gen.
