It is not the ODM, it is how the OEM handles it. Lets see how Corebook handles it. Legal threats like Chuwi was fun to watch.

This story should extend to other companies selling some graphics card with very low TDP setup or selling high CPU throttling very much (in some situation working much worse than less expensive CPU from the same model).

While we recently provided double proof of Chuwi's CPU mislabeling, there are now indications that another Asia-based brand, Ninkear, could be affected. We also have a sample on hand and are investigating immediately. Spoiler: The outcome supports the manufacturer's claims, but raises questions about the original design manufacturer (ODM).
