Eine neue FAQ zu Crimson Desert bestätigt, dass es keine Cross-Save-Funktion geben wird, für den Day-One-Patch sowie die erste Einrichtung jedoch eine Internetverbindung erforderlich ist. Das Spiel soll zum Start für Konsolen, PC, Mac und GeForce NOW erscheinen.
