Unfortunately they are.  The AI depression is going to drive up the price of all electronics esp if the contain RAM, storage or processors that have to compete for foundry time that could be repurposed for AI processors.

According to new leaks, pricing for Samsung's forthcoming Galaxy A57 could step into flagship territory in certain markets, with the phone supposedly set to cost up to €799 when fully equipped. Price hikes are also expected across the lineup.
