Nintendo may hesitate to issue Switch 2 dev kits to some indie game studios. A developer for Dungeons of Dusk reports that, even after shipping the tools, the company is eager to filter out shovelware. Nintendo has also tweaked the eShop to stop prioritizing low-quality Switch 2 games.
