Mit dem Snapshot 2026.03 verlässt Origami Linux offiziell die Beta-Phase. Die Distribution basiert auf Fedora 43 sowie dem CachyOS-Kernel 6.19.3 und verfolgt einen modernen Rolling-Release-Ansatz. Laut Projektbeschreibung soll das System dadurch ,,absolut stabil, außergewöhnlich schnell und für alle geeignet" sein. Origami Linux 2026.03 setzt zudem auf die in Rust entwickelte Desktop-Umgebung COSMIC.
