Bisher stand "Elite" bei Qualcomm primär für die leistungsfähigen Oryon-Kerne in Smartphones und Laptops. Ab sofort gibt es einen Elite-Chip auch für Wearables wie Smartwatches und vernetzte AI-Gadgets, der nach Jahren des Stillstands endlich einen Performance-Boost und erstmals NPUs für On-Device AI bringen wird. Davon profitieren vermutlich bereits die Pixel Watch 5 und die Galaxy Watch 9 im Sommer.
