You just need to use non-Chrome browser to bypass it.

I just checked now, wasn't on my phone yesterday; works in VLC, works in Firefox (Ublock Origin as the only installed extension). Firefox doesn't even have to be in desktop mode. Nothing Phone (3a), Android 16.

Yep, doesn't work lol. Such a POS company Google has become. Do like me: not a penny more to this company ever, find a workaround for everything, dump their products including Chrome and so on
