Hi everyone,
I've been reading about
employee experience (EX) transformation, but I'm curious about what it actually looks like in practice. I understand it's about improving how employees interact with their workplace, but what does that involve on a day-to-day or strategic level?
What do organizations do when they undergo an EX transformation? Does it focus on processes, culture, tools, leadership, or employee engagement? How do companies measure success, and what kind of results can be expected?
If you've been part of an EX transformation or worked with consultants in this area, I'd love to hear your experiences and insights. Thanks in advance!
