Während Samsung bislang nur bei manchen Hauptkameras auf einen 200 Megapixel Sensor setzt und ansonsten noch bei 10 Megapixel und 12 Megapixel Sensoren bleibt, scheint die Konkurrenz aus China  immer öfter auf eine Kombination mehrerer 200 Megapixel Sensoren zu setzen, so etwa auch Xiaomi beim potentiell als Xiaomi 18 Pro im Herbst antretenden Leica-Kamera-Flaggschiff wie ein Leaker aktuell andeutet.
