The graphics are a tweaked version of the Avata 2. You can tell because the lens covers and the gimbal guards are wrong and won't work with the Avata 360. For one thing, the 360 doesn't have a gimbal and so doesn't need one. Also, the batteries are identical to the Avata 2's and that seems highly unlikely given the changes to the drone's chassis.
The other problem is the pricing. Since all of this is speculation, given that DJI has released exactly zero real information, then we have to look at the recent Chine pricing leaks and the lowest end kit (drone and 1 battery) should be around US$500, yet this reseller is offering it at US$1000. The current equivalent Avata 2 kit is just US$380 on DJI's website.
Short version, ANY claims of having "official" pricing or release dates are bogus and should be ignored, and anyone who would put real money down on a fake offer has more money than brains.
A retailer has already opened pre-orders for DJI's long-rumoured 360° drone. Also capable of FPV flight, the same retailer has provided pricing details for the DJI Avata 360 too while also indicating that a full release is imminent.
