Das Spiel Vital Shell ist seit dem 7. Januar 2026 auf Steam erhältlich und kombiniert PSX-Optik mit modernen ,,Survivor"-Mechaniken. Das Debüt des Solo-Entwicklers MarvinWizard verzeichnete bereits einen Höchstwert von 333 gleichzeitig aktiven Spielern und hält eine positive Bewertung von 98 %. Mit einem Preis von unter 5 Euro ist es ein äußerst fesselnder und günstiger Einstieg in das Genre.
