Without Battlefield or Call of Duty, the Switch 2 isn't yet an essential purchase for some gamers. However, a new leak suggests that Activision may launch its shooter franchise on the handheld in 2026. It's unclear whether Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is on the way or if a mobile port is more likely.
