"Samsung, SK hynix, and Micron, have shifted wafer capacity into HBM and high-end DRAM for data-center GPUs"

The report on Micron started the crisis but where is the evidence for Samsung and SK Hynix to have also shifted wafer capacity into HBM and high-end DRAM for data-center GPUs, please? I can imagine they would do it but where is the evidence?

Reuters and other such outlets are own by the Typical 1%center who owns the wall street and indirectly owns all the business.

They have monopoly and control and want to make money and create artificial shortages.
