There are things like VorpX and UEVR that let you turn non-VR games into VR. Though experience can vary. Supposedly the Steam Frame is suppose to have something similar.

I mean, that store page you linked has 4 upcoming titles now, so, i dunno... it's also odd that HLX is now not supposedly a VR title, when they're releasing a headset. Maybe it can be played in both modes?
