According to a new report, Garmin has developed an alternative to Apple and Samsung's digital crown solutions. Aided by a crown guard, this new technology would rely upon a Hall effect sensor to maximise accuracy without compromising on durability. Apparently, the new digital crown will not be debuting under the Fenix series, though.
