Garmin's recently unveiled Lifestyle Logging tool is becoming partially automated. The Connect app-based tool can be used to track your daily habits, like your exercise, journaling and caffeine consumption. Some smartwatch users have reported that they can already find this setting, though it is unclear when it will be available for everyone.
