I have no problem with my 7800x3D and 9950x3d on x870e twichi lite and nova b850. Why you kinda wanna say that all asrock mobo's are killing cpus?

An ASRock motherboard has reportedly killed three Ryzen 7 9700X CPUs in a span of seven months. The board was serviced by the company at one point and was cleared of any issues.
