Should also bring up Disney's old series Spectrobes, Yugiohs original Capsule Monsters or Dungeon Dice Monsters, While not "capturing" in the sense of Pokémon, Ark Survival has you often knocking out creatures with tranquilizers and taming them for riding and combat...there are many cases or games that could be said to invalidate Nintendos case 😒
