4K IPS 800nits panel is not available anymore. They replaced by an OLED touchscreen. For a business, laptop it is a problem : --- higher power consumption than IPS --- PWM could be a problem for a business laptop --- add-on film touch visible on bright images
Moreover, not being able to get a configuration without a dGPU doesn't help (for people who doesn't need it). I hope they will enable us to configure P16v with iGPU only (like on gen1/2 and on other P série laptops)
It is not the most powerful, but it is more affordable: The new Lenovo ThinkPad P16v Gen 3 delivers the same performance as the much more expensive Lenovo ThinkPad P1 Gen 8, but does so at a much lower price point.
