I wonder how good the latency is on such a connection and if it's close enough to feeling like playing almost on local WiFi?

Rocking 5.5G in my country thanks to Huawei (it's the only brand selling 5.5G router through their own network bases) the speed fluctuates between 1.7 and 1.9Gb/s, still far from the advertised "10Gb/s" but it serves me very well with this speed. Since 6G will reach 100Gb/s (theoretically) it should be around 10 to 20Gb/s in real world usage which is still great achievement nonetheless.

Waaay to go China 🦾

Promising ultra-fast data speeds of up to 100 Gbps alongside low latency and enhanced connectivity, the world's first 6G chip was unveiled by scientists from Peking University and the City University of Hong Kong. Since the chip is a prototype, the first commercial networks to use it are still a few years away.
