Bios is definitely more refined, cooling seems higher quality, and it has ECC memory.
They're definitely for different targets.

the HP Z2 Mini G1a does not offer any more upgrade options.
-- yet it comes with two 2280 m2 slots per your description..so..of no use?

Anyway, you got the last few paragraphs still in german so hopefully you could fix that.

Way too expensive for personal use...

That price is insane 🤔

Mac mini M4 Pro (14/20) with 64 GB and 2 TB storage:

uses less power
it is not very loud under load as this one here but quite the opposite
has significantly higher memory bandwidth (273GB/s), pretty much double than this here
has an HDMI port, this one doesn't
has not two Thunderbolt 4 but three Thunderbolt 5 ports
its WiFi 6E is identical in speeds as WiFi 7 here
its ethernet port is configurable to 10 Gbit, only 2.5 Gbit here

Sure if you need Windows then fine, but otherwise why bother with this one when the M4P Mac mini simply has significantly better value and performance?
