Independent reviews show the arrow lake chips are very competitive in mobile devices. For example, the ultra 7 225H vs the 360M:

"Thanks to the higher core count and the hybrid architecture, even an entry-level processor like 225H competes against budget/mid-range chips from AMD, such as the Kraken Point." - wccftech

Similarly, the 255H compares quite favorably with the 370M. Just look for comparisons online.

Adoption has also been quite strong from what I can see. So what exactly do you mean by "total failure?"

The Intel Arrow Lake-H for laptops has been a total failure and it will be the same for these mini PCs; very few people will buy them as long as the AMD Ryzen AI Max 9, 7 and Ryzen AI 9 370, 365, 360 are available, this is very clear to the public. What people miss is that there are so few products with these processors that are a marvel.
