The world's first fully autonomous soccer tournament featuring humanoid robots was recently held in Beijing. Four Chinese university teams programmed identical T1 robots from Booster Robotics to compete in 3-on-3 matches without any human intervention. While the event didn't showcase elite athleticism, it provided plenty of entertainment.
