If Xiaomi reads this: We want the big battery in Europe/the UK as well!! I hesitate to buy when I see that you cut down the battery size in the global version.
I'd rather wait until a capable phone with a 7000Mah+ battery comes to the global market.

This might be due to safety. Just like google decided to limit max charge for some pixel phones due to fire risk. It might be that this phone will have the same battery but it will not be charged to the same level as in India. Just because charging more equals higher risk of failure. Some regions just have higher liability costs than others.

It turns out that the global version of the Poco F7 will be unable to match the battery life of its Indian counterpart after all. Surprisingly, Xiaomi will offer its cheaper Poco F7 Pro and Poco F7 Ultra alternative with a considerably smaller battery globally than in India, despite committing to releasing both variants simultaneously.
