With relatively few first-party Switch 2 games, updates are breathing new life into previous-gen titles. Pokémon Scarlet and Violet now displays significant bumps in frame rate and resolution. However, the boosted Switch 2 specs can't fix some flaws of the original game, like overly basic textures.
