Only 90 Hz is such a bummer: I recently overclocked my S95B OLED TV from 120 Hz to 144 Hz (+20%) and even then I notice a nice improvement. From 90 Hz to 120 Hz is a much more noticeable improvement.
The APU's iGPU isn't the strongest indeed, but there are still many older games which run at 120+ Hz, and every 2D one.
90 Hz in 2025..even the desktop mouse cursor would be snappier with 120 Hz.

QuoteCons
- PWM flickering

Reviews here are quite amusing lately; whenever there's an OLED then PWM flickering is mentioned under cons, but pretty much always when there is no OLED option to choose at all, like recently with the Framework Laptop 13.5, we can see:

QuoteCons
- no OLED

You really can't have an OLED without PWM, there is quite literally zero existing OLED laptops without it. So pick one and stick to it, lol. Other than that, good review though.

Hi @Andreass Did you also test it with a 130 watt power supply? Does the laptop support a higher wattage PSU effectively? Or does it just use then still a max of 100W?

My Yoga Slim 7 gen 8 has the exact same panel but mine is only true black HDR 500.
How dit they get the trueblack HDR 600 certification for the exact same panel?
It is a pity they didn't use a newer panel with HDR 1000 and a better PWM. They did it with the ideapad pro G10, a cheaper model.
My laptop is the best except for the PWM. It makes my eyes tired with prolonged use. Now I am waiting for the Yoga Slim Gen 10 that has an HDR 1000 panel and probably a better PWM. But the newer has only 4 speakers (mine has 6) and it is 14in (mine is 14.5in), damn Lenovo.

Lenovo has updated its Yoga Pro 7, giving the 10th generation an AMD processor as well as a new 14.5-inch OLED display that even covers the AdobeRGB color space completely and is calibrated straight out of the box.
