I don't know why this tablet is so expensive in Europe. It hasn't come out yet in my country (Philippines) but based on nearby markets, it will probably be $500. With a student discount and a pre-order voucher, I could see this dropping to around $430, which will probably include a Book Cover for free as well.

Similarly, an iPad A16 costs $360 here, and if you get the USB-C Apple Pencil, the price will be around $430 as well.

I'm considering both devices but I'm honestly torn. On one hand, the iPad is much more powerful but the screen is noticeably worse. On the other, I much prefer the S Pen for writing and I already have a Samsung phone.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE is much cheaper than any other Tab S model. It doesn't have an OLED screen and also cuts some corners in terms of performance. Find out if Samsung's pared-down tablet is still worthwhile here.
