Garmin's popular ECG app has been released to various smartwatch users in the UK and Switzerland. It arrived in other European countries earlier in 2025 and is compatible with models like the Fenix 7 Pro, Fenix 8 and Tactix 8. The ECG app can be used to track your heart rate and rhythm and can detect early signs of AFib.
